Refund Policy (Gempix 2)

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with purchases made on Gempix 2. This Refund Policy explains when credit purchases may be refunded. It complements (and does not replace) statutory consumer rights where applicable.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a discretionary refund of purchased credits all of the following must be true:
- Time Window: Request submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Usage Threshold: Less than 50% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
- Good‑Faith Reason: A clear service‑related issue (e.g. persistent generation failures, billing error). General change‑of‑mind is not sufficient.
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be granted if:
- The request is made after 7 days from purchase.
- ≥ 50% of credits were used.
- Account shows abuse, Terms violation, or chargeback activity.
- Issues arise from unsupported browsers, local network restrictions, or resolved technical incidents.
- Dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective style of model outputs.
4. Request Process

- Include: order ID, purchase date, unused credit estimate, and reason.
- Our team reviews within 2–3 business days; we may ask for clarifying details or reproduction steps for technical issues.
- If approved, refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank/processor).
5. Effects of Refund
- Refunded credits are deducted from your balance.
- Access to features requiring those credits may be restricted.
- Previously generated assets remain available unless removed for policy violations.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases we may grant a partial refund proportional to unused credits if a minor but unresolved service degradation affected usage.
7. Technical Issues
Please attempt basic troubleshooting first (refresh, clear cache, use a modern Chromium or Firefox based browser). Intermittent or transient outages that are resolved are not refundable unless they caused substantial inability to use purchased credits.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting support may lead to account suspension pending investigation. We are happy to resolve legitimate billing concerns directly.
9. Policy Changes
We may revise this Policy; material changes will update the date above. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
